* Forgivable loans for project-related costs associated with the establishment or
  or expansion of a business facility.
* Our three banks will assist you in securing venture capital for eligible business
   development.
*Quinter is located on the Interstate 70, the main artery across the nation, being
     strategically placed midway between Kansas City and Denver.
*Property tax abatement on real estate and personal property for up to 10 years.
*Our rates on both electric power and natural gas rates are below the national average.
* Manufacturers’ and merchants’ inventories are exempt from property taxes.
* The Smoky Hills Resource Conservation and Development Council will assist you in
   securing a grant for a feasibility study for establishing a new business.
* Our telecommunication providers offer a wide array of digital subscriber line
  services in the Quinter area.
* The Quinter Revolving Loan Fund is available for new business development.
* Financial assistance to train new employees or retain existing employees.
* Sales tax exemption on personal property  that is consumed or becomes a
  component part of the manufacturing process.
* Income and premium tax credits for new job creation and investment, as well as
  as annual property taxes paid on machinery and equipment.
*Sales tax exemptions  on the purchase of construction labor and materials and
  facility machinery and equipment.
